The 2018/2019 season has seen significant snow and ice accumulations as well as many drastic temperature changes.
As a result, we responded to a number of emergency situations that would have been avoided with the Serveko pre-season preventive inspection. Water infiltration, structural problem, damage caused by ground ice falls and other property.
We have built this service offering to provide peace of mind to our customers.
Serveko Preventive Inspection, is used to identify sources of problems in anticipation of ice and snow accumulation during the winter season. Our experts will inspect the performance of the roof by checking the following:
Tracking and signaling: drains, slopes and sections with a potential risk of accumulation.
Tracking and signaling: plumbing pipes, ventilation boxes, machines, wires, conduits and others.
Identification of access to the roof and recognition of places for the health and safety of our employees.
Detailed file with photos of the roof
Once the inspection is complete, our snow removal teams will have a precise record of your roof with photos and signage will allow them to offer a more efficient and safe service.
An evaluation sheet with our recommendations will be provided at the end of the inspection.
